Our little Church has been going through many trials in the past year. It seemed a hopeless cause. We have been praying for a full-time priest and new parishioners.

Today out of nowhere a couple with a small child joined our Church. Their father was from eastern Europe and is canonically a Byzantine Catholic. Also, I hear that a retire priest might be coming over.

Just when you think your prayers aren't being heard and a situation is hopeless God provides a little miracle.

It's the little miracles that I witness that nourish my faith and provide me with hope.

Here I am discouraged, when a dear friend I am mentoring has her life turned upside down by a turn of events that has left her without a priest and spiritual director. I will pray. I will hope.

Thanks for sharing.
