I have a copy of the Divine Liturgy service book which has the liturgies of St. Basil, st. John Chrysostom, and the presanctified liturgy. If anyone has a copy of the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom published by St. Tikhon press in 1984, ( the black pocket sized one) I would send them the service book I have. I mentioned the volume 1 book in an earlier post, but no one responded.
