I understand that this is a Byzantine Forum. I do not intend any disrespect whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I love the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, especially when it is offered in the Russian Orthodox Church.

Here is some news related to the Roman rite. The traditional Latin Mass in Lancaster, PA has moved from St. Anthony's to St. Joseph's. Here is the web address. http://lancasterlatinmass.com/

Also, please pray for me. I have increasingly become a double-minded man in the area of religion. At times, I have an incredible desire to become Eastern Orthodox. I know that some Eastern rite Catholics suffer in this way but it is a real trial for me.

Erick,

Prayers for you during your period of consideration. I highly recommend that you discuss your concerns with your pastor, spiritual director, or confessor. He is in a far better position to assist you than are people you don't know on an internet forum.

Dear Erick,

While I do not feel I can convert to EO, I tried once, if my present priest no longer presides in my EC parish, I may permanently visit a Russian Orthodox one. My other option would be an 8hr round trip to a Byzantine Catholic parish.

It has been a real trial for me for years.
