My parish will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary on the Great Feast of the Theophany. His Eminence, Metropolitan JOSEPH and his Grace Bishop THOMAS will be with us for all of the services, beginning with Royal Hours on Friday morning and continuing through and including Sunday. The events will include a banquet catered by one of the finest restaurants on Saturday following Great Vespers.
On Sunday I could tell that our Pastor, the Archpriest Peter Pier was beginning to fray under the pressure of wanting everything to be as perfect as humanely possible.
Just a few minutes ago the parish was sent an email that a long time member, Steven Smith, had suddenly and unexpectedly Reposed.
Fr. Peter suffered as serious heart attack seven years ago.
Please pray for mega dynamis for him for the week ahead....and prayers for the soul of the newly departed servant of God Steven.
