I think that it is a shame that the descendants of these former "Uniates" in the OCA don't hear or know their ancestral Subcarpathian and Galician Plainchant anymore.

While choirs are nice, I think they lack the "duch" of congregational plainchant liturgical music.

The real shame is that our priests and people are not nearly as joyful as Professor David as they age in the Church of their Baptism. I'd like to see them sparkle in the same way. And if you rememeber they still have their chant. So it takes more than chant.
