I have heard that India is producing such a large number of vocations (Catholic of all rites, Orthodox, and Mar Thoma Episcopalian) that they are all "exporting" priests.

In fact the situation is to the point where the Vatican issued a gentle reminder to some female religious orders to be more cautious about accpeting young girls at novitiates and motherhouses abroad where they might feel unable to leave (I'm not saying that right, but the term is not coming -- you know what I mean)

It's true. Thanks be to God, vocations are something we don't have to worry so much about over there. I know one CMI priest myself; I think they are all the same--sent here to help the Latin parishes.
