This is in reply to Someone mentioned that I can PM members. However, I am unable to PM members even if I have been members since Oct 2022. Why and when can I PM members?

The privilege of using the private mail function is granted when the Moderators and the Administrators decide. There is no length of time that one is a member that determines whether this is granted.

I have never heard or read the citation you posted. So I checked out the verse you cite and find it to be far from what you posted. Aside from that, however, is the arrogance you demonstrate by pretending to lecture the Moderators, Administrators, and members with this post. Are you aware that this may be the reason you continue to have your posts blocked and PM privileges delayed?
