In your charity, please remember Archpriest Roman Galadza, the long-time and well-known pastor of St. Elias UGCC parish in Brampton, Ontario.

Father Roman has been tentatively diagnosed with esophageal cancer and is meeting with physicians this week to discuss appropriate treatment options.

Prayers that the Holy Unnercenary Physicians, Cosmas andd Damian, intercede for him before the Throne and give wisdom to his physicians in planning and carrying out a successful course of treatment .

And may God grant him many more years in His service.

Fr Roman is my cousin's brother-in-law and if there ever is an Eastern Catholic priest who exemplifies the ideal of being "Orthodox in communion with Rome" it is he (with his brother, Fr. Prof. Dr Petro Galadza).

May the Lord visit him with his healing Grace and uphold him unto full recovery!

Dear Friends,

Father Roman Galadza reposed in the Lord on August 1 - the very day he was ordained a priest 53 years ago and also on the forefeast of
the Holy Prophet Saint Elias, the patron of his beloved parish in Brampton, Ontario. He was 80 years old.

His funeral will be on Monday, August 7th. He will be sorely missed by very many who have had the blessing of being spiritually nourished
by his great priestly ministry in the Vineyard of Christ.

Eternal Memory!
