As I am often the one who shares bad news about the status of the Church in Ukraine (I have never been to Ukraine, but after the war, I WILL go), I was really happy to see this come up. Now, admittedly, I don't know much about Lubomyr Husar, but, assuming his Wikipedia article is right (which is something one should always be careful of), he apparently had really bad eye sight. That's something I'm starting to relate to.
Anyway, here's the article.
The head of the UGCC commenced the beatification of Patriarch Lubomyr Husar [risu.ua]

"This was reported by the Information Department of the UGCC.

The Decree of Proclamation states that for six years after the passing into eternity of Blessed Lubomyr Husar, the power of his words and spirit serves people as support and guidance in their daily lives, especially during this dreadful war.

On May 31, 2017, Patriarch Lubomyr fell asleep in the Lord in Kyiv, and on June 5, his body was buried in the crypt of the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ."

Something about him always rubbed me the wrong way. Now it seems he was part of the group of high ranking prelates which met in st gallen, switzerland that cardinal dannels referred to as the st gallen mafia. I don't know what to think of the Ukrainian churchs push for his being raised to the altar

I think, personally, you need to get off of conspiracy theory websites. Are you going to build up the Body of Christ, or just criticize? "Something about him". Be more specific.
I'm curious where you're getting your information from. Because I doubt it's a good source. And, to be sure, everyone has a bias. But, what rubbed me the wrong way, was the fact that you come on here, and don't even DISCUSS the issues you have.

I wasnt aware this is a debate forum where we need to have a back and forth with statements to discuss and refute. I apologize if my general impression I got while living in western Ukraine offends you. I dont know why you assume there is some conspiracy theory involved in that. Cardinal Dannels was pretty open about that group among other not so great things he (cardinal dannels) was doing such as being on video attempting to cover up sexual abuse.
