Hi ! Can anyone recommend a good, solid, orthodox/Orthodox introduction on Christology?

Specifically, I'm looking for something that can walk me, a beginner, through the first 7 ecumenical councils and the controversies, apologists and oppenents of the Chrstological controversies: pre-Nicea, Nicea, pre-Chalcedon, Chalcedon and post Chalcedon. I'm getting the issues and the fathers mixed up in my mind, and I need a good, single source that can set me straight. Please recommend websites and / or books.

Thank you.

My best recommendation is CHRIST IN EASTERN CHRISTIAN THOUGHT by Fr. John Meyendorff--it is approachable and sound and an excellent treatment, if not the best...

John, I second Kollyvas' recommendation. There is also a wonderful book, called "Main Currents in Early Christian Thought" by Fr. Robert Barr formerly a student of the Russicum and Orientalium. Unfortunately it is out of print.

He intended it as a timeline book and guide to the Patristic period for first-year Patristics students and wrote it as part of his doctoral dissertation: http://www.christian-pages.com/si/158.html
