New member here but an old hand at dating. What do you think the church has to say about dating, especially long-distance or dating outside our denomination? I've tried to meet single Christians online [ be-salt.com] and it's been moderately successful, but just as a piece of advice for some of my Orthodox friends? Any advice helps, thanks.

My question is what is your point in dating? Is it to find a spouse or is it just social with no future intended? Hour answer will determine a response.
