Does anyone know of a good book or website that compares Eastern and Latin theology... barring that, a good book or website on Eastern Theology?

A few off the top: an excellent place to start is Olivier Clement's "Roots of Christian Mysticism". He approaches the subject from a purely Patristic point of view, looking at both the Latin and Eastern fathers.

Yaroslav Pelikan's "Christian Tradition" series is good, as is his "Christianity and Classical Culture". Bishop Kallistos Ware's "Orthodox Way" is also very good, as is Meyendorff's "Byzantine Theology" and Lossky's "Mystical Theology of the Eastern Church".
