Christ is Risen! Alas, none of your three suggested sources are canonized Saints (as is Saint Peter [Mohyla] of Kiev), nor would even all three of them together qualify as a Synod of Bishops.
But I'll at least give you a consolation prize: consecration by osmosis, so to speak (as in the case of adding wine to the Precious Blood) has a long history and is defended by some quite reputable theologians. I'm not aware of any conciliar pronouncement upon it, one way or the other.
