The rite of Baptism can be found in the Hapgood Servicebook, that is, I think, the best place to look for this sort of thing. An individual booklet can tbe obtained here [oca.org] .

Here [goarch.org] is the service according to the GOA (with Greek rubrics such as the dynamis.)

The English language texts that were most recently issued in Passaic have some abbreviations. Further, IIRC there is no tonsure.
