Did Jesus offend? Or was he wishy washy?
If people are offended by the Truth then so be it they are free to walk away just as the followers of Christ were free to walk away after Christ told them: "Truly, truly I say to you, unless you eat of the flesh of the Som of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you!".... "Do you take offense at this?...After this many of His disciples drew back and no longer went about with Him. Jesus saidto the twelve, "Do you also wish to go away?" Simon Peter answered Him, "Lord to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life; and we have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God." Jesus answered them: "Did I not choose you, the twelve and one of you is a devil?
I dont think Jesus was too concerned about offending anyone.
