agape Junior Member A Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 18 USA	Dear Friends, I would appreciate learning about the ways you keep the Nativity / St. Phillip's Fast, in terms of food, Liturgy, and prayer. What are the Byzantine and Syriac traditions surrounding this fast? I am relatively new to the Byzantine tradition and am looking for suggestions. Thank you all! Peace in Christ, Agape
