In the Byzantine Tradition, I, cannot seem to find much of a mention of the Holy Deborah by Internet Search. Of course that is a very haphazard way to do it - unless the whole of the Menaion where in a data bases accessible to web-types. So don't give up hope.
There certainly would seem no reason to exclude her from being recognized as a Prophetess and Saint, she being chosen of God and one of the great Judges of Israel. But she don't seem to have a feast day, at least not one listed by the OCA Net-Calendar.
In the meanwhile, you may console yourself with other Great and Holy Women Ancestors of the Christ as is sung, for example, at Matins on the Sunday of the Holy Fathers:
The Virgin Theotokos,
who was spoken of for ages by the Prophets,
has appeared on earth.
The wise Patriarchs and Assemblies of the Righteous proclaim her.
The Beautiful Women: Sarah, Rebecca, and Rachel,
Anna, and Miriam the glorious sister of Moses,
leap for joy together with them,
All creation pays homage
because the God and Creator of all
is coming to be born in the flesh
and to grant great mercy to us.

ps: Still, try looking in the Calendars of the Syriac Churches. You might have A LOT more luck with finding Deborah there - they being A LOT more semitic...
