Christ is Risen!-
I've been looking for it for years and now i am finally breaking down and asking for help: Does anyone know where I can find Pope St. Gregory the Great's "Dialogues". In print out of print, on-line or in book form.
I am especially interested in Book Four of that work. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me :-)

Dear David:

You might consider searching the online bookstore academicbooks.com, which I believe specializes in philosophy & theology. If a search of their archives is not fruitful, try emailing them the specifics of your request. They say that new inventory arrives daily, including used & out-of-print volumes. I wish you well in your ongoing quest!

God bless you,

Many of St. Gregories works can be found on the Ecole Initiative web page at

http://cedar.evansville.edu/~ecoleweb/index.html

Just go to early sources and G for a short biography and listing of translated works. I am not sure if the particular dialogue you are looking for is here. This is a great source of this type of material.

Below are some sites I have bookmarked and find helpful for early sources.

Good Luck in your search.
