As some of you may know, there is a group of young Catholics who worship in the Tridentine rite who have gone to World Youth Day this year called Juventutem. They are going with their specific liturgical charism, with many masses and offices in the classical Roman rite. It's wonderful.

Is there an equivalent kind of thing tha anyone knows of for young people of the Byzantine rite?

I don't know if any groups of American Byzantine youths are going to Cologne. I have read that about 1500 people from Ukraine will go.

Also, Metropolitan Stefan Soroka of Philadelphia is one of ten American Bishops who will present catechetical lessons at WYD.
