Please post your favorite links for Eastern Christianity. If you have it, please list it.

I would be particularly appreciative if you would take into consideration the following:
-Iconography
-History
-Eastern Catholic perspectives
-Saints
-Chants, hymns, and prayers
-Videos
-Interviews
-Services of the church (in text, audio, or video)
-Explanations
-Traditions
-Anything else that you find edifying

I hope this will become a depository of references. Thank you in advance!

Glory to Jesus Christ!

-I see David beat me to most of these, so I will just second his motions!-

I like Ancient Faith Radio [ancientfaithradio.com] , and Come Receive the Light [receive.org] , which does not broadcast in my area but is archived on the 'net.

I also recently discovered Orthodox Television [orthodox.tv] (internet TV).

For Patristics information and Eastern theology I sometimes turn to Monachos [monachos.net] . Note they have a "Patristics Master List" in developement. This site belongs to Dr. Matthew Steenberg (Fellow at Greyfriars Hall, Oxford), a major figure promoting knowledge of the Orthodox Christian Faith in the English speaking world.

Dear Wondering,

For icons, www.iconsexplained.com/homepage.htm [iconsexplained.com]

I'll let you take it from there. You could spend the rest of your internet days following all of the links from that sight. smile

In Christ,
Bill
