Glory to Jesus Christ!

The Ambrose-Romanos Singers, a professional liturgical choral ensemble, will sing a brief pre-service concert in honor of the Precious and Life-Giving Cross on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005, at 4:15 p.m., in the chapel of the Byzantine Catholic Seminary, 3605 Perrysville Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15214.

The choral pieces are two from the Western choral tradition and two from the Eastern/Slavic tradtion: Palestrina, Goncharov, Clemens non Papa, and the Monks of New Skete.

Vespers of Cross-Veneration Sunday follows immediately, sung to Carpatho-Rusyn (harmonized) plainsong, in English.

All are invited to attend and to participate. A free-will offering will be accepted.
