I am hoping to get the word out to all of the Ukrainian Byzantine/Byzantine Catholics in the Winston-Salem, Raleigh, and Charlotte areas of North Carolina. We are searching for any Ukrainian Byzantine/Byzantine Catholics who are interested in helping to begin new missions in these areas. We have a new Ukrainian Catholic Deacon under the Eparchy of St. Josaphat in Parma, Ohio in the area who is looking for interested individuals/families. This is good news for North Carolina, since the only eastern catholic church is in Cary, I believe.

You're right Jim. Cary has the only Byzantine Church (Ruthenian) in all of North Carolina. With the Lord's help, we are hoping to change this and bring the beauty of the Divine Liturgy to as many people as we can reach here.

Try seeing what you can do to generate some earned media in the newspaper put out by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte. If they're as helpful as the Diocese of Charleston, it should help get the word out and get people to start talking.

Our Deacon here is in contact with the Diocese of Charlotte. He is trying to spread the word through their bulletins on Sunday. We are also looking into local newspapers to spread the word also. I will keep you posted.
