It's not unusual for Anglicans to find meaning in Eastern spirituality. After all, I'm here

You have to love reporters and wonder at their skill in use of non-sequitors

The prince, ..., is said to be especially drawn to the Orthodox church's rugged spirituality. Orthodox faithful are allowed to marry up to three times.
I guess marrying 3 times must be a sign of rugged spirituality ????? confused

Of course, the bishop granting a second, penitential, marriage service, which would lack a crowning ritual, would first want to see signs of the applicants' pennance. Are there any?

Prince Charles is free to remarry in any denomination I know of; his first wife (Princess Diana)died in a traffic accident. I believe most churches allow someone whose first spouse has died to remarry w/o restriction.
Now if he wanted to marry Camilla Parker-Bowles her status as a divorced person would come in to play.
