Eastern & Oriental Catholic Directory

The Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in the United States is organized as a Metropolia, comprised of four canonical jurisdictions:

Metropolitan Archeparchy of Philadelphia of the Ukrainians
Eparchy of Stamford of the Ukrainians
Eparchy of St Josephat in Parma of the Ukrainians
Eparchy of St Nicholas in Chicago of the Ukrainians

Like other Eastern and Oriental Catholic jurisdictions erected in the diaspora, the Metropolitia is canonically subject to the Congregation for the Oriental Churches, except in matters liturgical, for which it is dependent on its primatial hierarch, the Major Archeparch of Kyiv-Halyč of the Ukrainians.
