Anchorage - Courtesy CatholicAnchor.org - Former Protestant seminarian Father James Barrand shares his personal journey of faith which took him from a Lutheran seminary into the heart of the Eastern Christianity. Drawn to the liturgy and traditions of the Orthodox Church but convinced that he must be united with the Bishop of Rome — the pope — Father Barrand found a home in the Byzantine Catholic Church. He is now pastor of St. Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Church in Anchorage, Alaska. This presentation was recorded on Oct. 27, 2010.
