Among presented at the meeting of grants, the committee drew attention to Ukraine. They approved 80 grants for pastoral work and restoration of the country's total amount of $ 1,305,532.

Approved projects include construction of shelters for the homeless, operating costs for several orphanages run by Sisters of St. Joseph, the costs for youth action and Catholic television programs. Several projects will include the religious working in Ukraine.
